क्रमांक 4597/4277/21-ब/छ.ग./2024.— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023, की धारा 18 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुये राज्य शासन, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय से परामर्श उपरांत श्री सुयशधर बड़गैया, उप शासकीय अधिवक्ता महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय, बिलासपुर को छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में उत्पन्न होने वाले मामलों के संबंध में, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय हेतु आदेश जारी होने के दिनांक से अतिरिक्त लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करता है।
No. 4597/4277/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the code of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sahita, 2023, the State Government after consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, is pleased to appoint Shri Suyash Dhar Badgaiyan, Dy, Govt. Advocate, Office of the Advocate General Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, Additional Public Prosecutor for the High Court of Chhattisgarh in respect of cases arising in the State of Chhattisgah from the date of issue of the order.
