क्रमांक/एफ 8-86/35/2024.⸺ राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा मंत्रिपरिषद् की बैठक दिनांक 11-12-2024 में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में डेयरी उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहन देने एवं दुग्ध संकलन तथा प्रसंस्करण में वृद्धि हेतु राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड के साथ MoU (समझौता ज्ञापन) से संबंधित समस्त अनुषांगिक कार्यवाही करने के लिए पशुधन विकास विभाग को अधिकृत किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
2. छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, छ.ग. राज्य सहकारी दुग्ध महासंघ मर्यादित तथा राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड, आणंद के मध्य दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर, 2024 को हस्ताक्षरित समझौता ज्ञापन के बिन्दु क्र. 1 तथा 3(a) के परिपालन में 03 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए (दिनांक 15-12-2027 तक) राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड को छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सहकारी दुग्ध महासंघ मर्यादित का प्रशासक नियुक्त करता है। समझौता ज्ञापन के बिन्दु क्रमांक 3(b) के परिपालन में उक्त अवधि में छ.ग. राज्य सहकारी दुग्ध महासंघ मर्यादित के निर्देशक मंडल के चुनाव स्थगित रखे जायेंगे।
No. F 8-86/35/2024.⸺ The State Government hereby in the meeting of the Council of Ministers dated 11-12-2024 decided to authorize the Livestock Development Department to take all the ancillary action related to the Memorandum of Understanding with the National Dairy Development Board to promote dairy entrepreneurship in the State of Chhattisgarh and to increase milk collection and processing .
2. In compliance with point no. 1 and 3(a) of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Milk Federation Limited and National Dairy Development Board, Anand on 16 December, 2024, the Government of Chhattisgarh appoints the National Dairy Development Board Anand as the administrator of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Milk Federation Limited for a perid of 03 years (till 15-12- 2027). In compliance with point no. 3(b) of the Memorandum of Understanding, the elections of the Board of Directors of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Milk Federation Limited shall be kept suspended during the said period.
