क्र. एफ 8-03/35/2025/41.⸺ ''पशुओं में संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोगों के नियंत्रण तथा रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2009 (2009 का 27)'' की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) एवं धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) और (2) के प्रावधानों के तहत जिला-धमतरी में ग्लैन्डर्स रोग के उद्भद के कारण, रोग के बचाव, नियंत्रण व उन्मूलन हेतु राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, राज्य के धमतरी नगर निगम क्षेत्र को आगामी तीन माह हेतु अश्व प्रजाति के पशुओं हेतु ''नियंत्रित क्षेत्र'' घोषित करती है, परिणाम स्वरूप अश्व प्रजाति के सभी पशुओं के आवागमन को धमतरी नगर निगम क्षेत्र में प्रतिबंधित करती है।
No. F 8-03/35/2025/41.⸺ In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 read with sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7 of the 'Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No. 27 of 2009)', the State Government hereby declares the Dhamtari Municipal Corporation area of the State as "controlled area" for equine animals for the next three months for prevention, control and eradication of the Glanders disease and consequently prohibits the movement of animals belonging to equine species in the Dhamtari Municipal Corporation area.
