No. F 1-179/2024/18.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub section (5) of Section 36 read with Section 328 of Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), Departmental Notification No. 1- 179/2024/18, Date 02-01-2025 on expiration of the elected council the appoint Administrator in the Municipal Council Gourela, Distt-Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi the term of the elected council of the has ended as a result, to facilitate the exercise of the council's powers and the performance of its duties, the order number 45 is amended and should be read as follows:
