क्रमांक एफ 10-31/2002/1/5. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243ट के खण्ड (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (सेवा शर्ते) नियम, 2002 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियम में -
नियम-4 में, शब्द चिन्ह ''सेवा की अन्य शर्ते'' के पश्चात् शब्द चिन्ह ''सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ सहित'' अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये।

No. F 10-31/2002/1/5. -- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 243-k of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following Further amendment in The State Election Commissioner (Conditions of Service) Rules 2002, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules -
In Rule 4, after the words "other conditions of service" the words", "including retiral benefits" shall be inserted.
