क्रमांक एफ 10-13/2009/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच(2). - भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (1899 का सं. 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 एवं 2025-26 के लिए ''नवा रायपुर अटल नगर विकास प्राधिकरण'' द्वारा आपसी करार के माध्यम से निजी भूमि के क्रय के संबंध मेंं ''नवा रायपुर अटल नगर विकास प्राधिकरण'' के पक्ष में निष्पादित लिखतोंंं पर प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क से छूट प्रदान करती है।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से 31 मार्च, 2026 तक प्रभावशील रहेगी।

Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 16th January 2025NOTIFICATION
No. F 10-13 /2009/CT(R)/V(2). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (No. 2 of 1899), the State Government, hereby, exempts stamp duty, chargeable on instruments, executed in favour of "Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority" relating to purchase of private land through mutual agreement by "Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority" for the Financial Year 2024-25 and 2025-26.
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication on the Official Gazette upto 31st March, 2026.
