क्रमांक एफ 1-2/2025/18.— छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1961 (क्रमांक 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 36 की उपधारा (5) की सहपठित धारा 328 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा, परिषद् की शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाने तथा उसके कर्तव्यों का सम्पादन किये जाने कॉलम (4) में वर्णित अनुसार प्रशासक नियुक्त करता हैंः-
