NOTIFICATION
F.No. 360 /237/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 626/III-6-1/2001 (Pt.-III) N.D.P.S Bilaspur, Dated 10 January, 2025 of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the further following order, to amend this department's previous notification No. 399/1382/XXI- B/CG/2023, dated 02-05-2024, relating to entry mentioned in column (3) to add serial No. (3) after serial No. (2) and with respect to the entry "Saraipali Area" mentioned in Column (4) shall be substituted with "Saraipali Area as per the work distribution by the Sessions Judge" corresponding to serial No. 16 of the Schedule, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification, officers mentioned in column (3) is appointed as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place mentioned in column (4) of the said Schedule, as per recommendation one additional Court appointed, namely:-
