NOTIFICATION
No. 497/273/21-B/CG/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of High Court Memo No. 1044/Checker/III-8-2/2001, Bilaspur dated 16th January 2025, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this department's previous notification number 1507/D- 397/XXI-B/C.G./2005 dated 24-02-2005, 699/D- 168/XXI-B/C.G./2008 dated 18.01.2008, 2265/906/XXI- B/C.G./2013 dated 21.03.2013 and 900/239/XXI-B/CG/2015, dated 27.01.2015, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In schedule-II of the said notification,-
1. For the entries in serial number 15 of the Schedule, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
