NOTIFICATION
F. No.617/138/XXI-B/C.G./25.— The State Government, hereby, in consulatation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Memo No. 19345/II-15-6/2019(FTSCs)/Checker dated 29-11-2024 & Memo No. 344/(Checker)/II-15-6/2019(FTSCs) dated 7th January, 2025 establishes/designate for the purpose of Section 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, exclusive FTSC of Additional Sessions Judge for trial of cases under POCSO Act in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely:-
