No.2122/S&A Cell/2025.⸺ In exercise of powers conferred by sub rule (2) of rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 (as amended time to time) and in view of the directions of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in its order dated 04/01/2017 passed in C.A.1867 /2006 (Malik Mazhar Sultan and Another V/s U.P. Public Service Commission & Ors.) the High Court of Chhattisgarh notifies the vacancies in respect of Civil Judge (Senior Division) for the year 2025 as under:-
| Promotion in accordance with sub rule 2 of Rule 5 of Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 | 86 posts (35 vacancies of the year 2024 have been merged with the vacancies of the year 2025. In view of the merger of the vacancies of the year 2024 notification dated 28/03/2024 with the vacancies of the year 2025, the earlier notification No. 5241/S & A Cell/2024 dated 28/03/2024 stands withdrawn.) |
