क्रमांक Rule-4/1/2025-COMTAX ACTION (15). - छत्तीसगढ़ मूल्य सवंर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रमांक 2 सन् 2005) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा पूर्व में जारी इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 10/34/2024/वाक/पांच (80), अटल नगर दिनांक 28-10-2024 को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा, यह निर्देशित करता है कि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारी, उसके कॉलम (3) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों के भीतर ऐसी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे, जो उन्हें प्रदत्त की गई हो एवं अधिरोपित किए गए कत्र्तव्यों का पालन करेंगे, जो इस अधिनियम द्वारा या उसके अधीन प्रदत्त किए जाए और उनका मुख्यालय उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (4) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानों पर रहेगा :-

2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगा।
3. इस अधिसूचना के प्रभावशील होने के पूर्व पूर्ण की जा चुकी कार्यवाहियां केवल स्थानीय क्षेत्राधिकार के संबंध में एतद्द्वारा अनुसमर्थित की जाती है।
4. इस अधिसूचना के प्रभावशील होने की तारीख को लंबित कार्यवाहियां इस अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत जारी रहेगी।

NOTIFICATION
No. Rule-4/1/2025-COMTAX ACTION (15). - In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 2 of 2005) and in supersession of the earlier notification of this department No. F 10/34/2024/CT/V/(80), Atal Nagar, dated 28-10-2024, the State Government hereby directs that the officers specified in Column (2) of the schedule below shall exercise the powers in the areas specified in Column (3), and they shall perform the duties assigned to them under this Act or under any other Act conferred upon them. Their headquarters will be at the places specified in Column (4) of the said schedule:

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
3. Proceedings, which have been completed prior to coming into force of this notification, are hereby ratified in respect of territorial jurisdiction only.
4. proceedings, which have been pending on the date of coming into force of this notification, shall be continued under the jurisdiction as specified in this notification.
