अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ-01/29/31/स्था./2007.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ जल संसाधन अभियांत्रिकी तथा भौमिकी (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-

1. अनुसूची-चार में, शीर्षक ''(एक) कत्र्तव्य पद (सिविल शाखा)'' के अंतर्गत, सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक तथा शब्द ''06 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक तथा शब्द ''05 वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए। 2. अनुसूची-चार में, शीर्षक ''(दो) कत्र्तव्य पद (वि./यां. शाखा)'' के अंतर्गत, सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक तथा शब्द ''06 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक तथा शब्द ''05 वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, रवीन्द्र मेढेकर, उप-सचिव. Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 18th February 2025 NOTIFICATION No. F 01-29/31/Estb./2007.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Water Resource Engineering and Geological (Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :- AMENDMENT In Schedule of the said rules,-

1. In Schedule-IV, under heading "(I) Duty Post (Civil Branch)", In column (3) of serial number 3, for the figure and word "06 years", the figure and word "05 years" shall be substituted.

2. In Schedule-IV, under Heading "(II) Duty Post E/M Branch)", in column (3) of serial number 1, for the figure and word "06 years", the figure and word "05 years" shall be substituted.
