NOTIFICATION
No. F-4-10/Home-c/2024.— In Pursuance of section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act., 1946(Act 25 of 1946) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of State of Chhattisgarh is pleased to accord the consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh for registration and investigation of the case against Sh. Suryakant Tiwari and unknown others, for committing offences U/s 120-B r/w 384 of IPC and any other offence(s) which may come to light during investigation of this case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection with one or more such offences and/or any other offence(s) committed in the course of the same transaction or arising out of the same facts. It is alleged in the letter dated 23.03.2023 of ED that Sh. Suryakant Tiwari, conspired with his associates and unknown others, and prima facie committed of the offence of extortion.
