NOTIFICATION

F.No. 806/290/XXI-B/C.G./25.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (No. 4 of 2006), with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. 7671/2445/XXI-B./15, dated 07-08-15, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In said Notification,-

For the entry in column (2) of serial No. 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Additional Sessions Judge/Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) in Outlying Stations".
