अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2025/16.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 233 एवं 234 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए और AIR 1998 SC 1233 में महाराष्ट्र सरकार विरूद्ध श्रम विधि व्यवसायी संघ और अन्य के मामले में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेश को ध्यान में रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय एवं राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ श्रम न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 10 के उप-नियम (1) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- "(1) श्रम न्यायालय के विद्यमान श्रम न्यायाधीश एवं औद्योगिक न्यायालय के सदस्यों को, ऐसे वेतनमान, भत्ते एवं अन्य सुविधाएं प्राप्त होंगी, जो कि समान स्तर के न्यायिक अधिकारियों को क्रमशः वेतनमान (रूपये में) लेवल-जे-5 (1,44,840-1,94,660) समतुल्य जिला जज (प्रवेश स्तर) एवं वेतनमान (रूपये में) लेवल-जे-6 (1,63,030-2,19,090) समतुल्य जिला जज (चयन ग्रेड) को प्राप्त होते हैं तथा उनके वेतन, राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर बनाये गये वेतनमान संबंधी नियमों के अनुसार नियत किये जायेंगे।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-1/2025/16 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 233 and 234 read with proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in the light of dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of State of Maharashtra Vs Labour Law Practitioners Association and Other reported in AIR 1998 SC 1233, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court and the State Public Service Commission, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Labour Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
For sub-rule (1) of rule 10, the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) The existing Labour Judge of Labour Court and Members of Industrial Court Shall obtain such pay scale, allowances and other facilities as judicial officers of equivalent rank are availing, member Judge pay scale (In rupees) Level-J-6 (1,63,030-2,19,090) similar District Judge (Selection Grade) and Labour Judge pay-scale (In rupees) Level-J-5 (1,44,840-1,94,660) similar District Judge (Entry Level) respectively, and their pay shall be fixed as per the rules of pay scale made by the State Government from time to time."
