क्रमांक-150/स्था./2025/931.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ निर्वाचन (राजपत्रित) (प्रथम एवं द्वितीय) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संंशोधन करते है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 8 के खण्ड (एक) के उप-खण्ड (च) का लोप किया जाए ।
2. नियम 18 के उप-नियम (1) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात् :-
''(1) सीधे भर्ती किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति 3 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा।''
3. नियम 18 के उप-नियम (3) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम जोड़ा जाए, अर्थात्ः-
''(4) पदोन्नति द्वारा पदस्थ किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति 2 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए स्थानापन्न हैसियत से नियुक्त किया जाएगा ।''

NOTIFICATION
No.-150/स्था./2025/931.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hrereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Election (Gazettted) (Class&-I and II) Service Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. Sub-clause (f) of clause (I) of rule 8 shall be omitted.
2. For sub-rule (1) of rule 18, the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) Every person recruited directly to the service shall be appointed on probation for a period of 3 years."
3. After sub-rule (3) of rule 18, the following sub-rule shall be added, namely:-
"(4) Every person posted by promotion to the service shall be appointed on officiating capacity for a period of 2 years."
4. In column (3) of serial number 1 and 2 of Schedule-I, for the figure "1", the figure "2" shall be substituted, respectively.
