क्रमांक/128/एफ 2(7)/48/सं.का./2024. - छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा सदस्य वेतन, भत्ता तथा पेंशन अधिनियम, 1972 (क्र. 7 सन् 1973) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ विधान सभा भूतपूर्व सदस्य (रेल द्वारा निःशुल्क अभिवहन) नियम, 1996 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
1. नियम 3क के उप-नियम (1) की सारणी के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सारणी प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात् :-
''सारणी

| 30,000/- | 20,000/- | 10,000/-'' |
2. नियम 4 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द ''प्रथम श्रेणी या वातानुकूलित'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''वातानुकूलित प्रथम श्रेणी'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
3. नियम 7 के प्रमाण पत्र में, शब्द ''प्रथम श्रेणी'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''वातानुकूलित प्रथम श्रेणी'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
2/ यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावशील होगी। नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, दिनांक 13 मार्च 2025 क्रमांक/129/एफ-2(7)/48/सं.का./2024. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में छत्तीसगढ़ विधान सभा भूतपूर्व सदस्य (रेल द्वारा निःशुल्क अभिवहन) नियम, 1996 में,़ संशोधन का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No/129/F-2(7)/48/P.A./2024. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No.7 of 1973), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Ex- members (free Transit by Railway) Rules, 1996, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For Table of sub-rule (1) of rule 3a, the following Table shall be substituted, namely :-
"TABLE

| 30,000/- | 20,000/- | 10,000/-'' |
2. In sub-rule (2) of rule 4, for the words "first class or air conditioned", the words "Air Conditioned First Class'' shall be substituted.
3. In Certificate of rule 7, for the words "first class", the words "Air Conditioned First Class'' shall be substituted.
2/ This Notification shall come into effect from the date of its Publication in the Gazette.
