ORDER

No. 1321/974/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of High Court Memo No. 221/Confdl./2025/II-15- 2/2005(Pt.IV) II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV) II-2-2/2007 I-8-6/2001(Pt.IV) II-2-101/2001 (Pt.II), Bilaspur, Dated 19th March, 2025, hereby, appoints the following members of Higher Judicial Service as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as Principal Judge/Additional Principal Judge/Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date they assumes charge of their office, namely:-
