ORDER
No. 1316/972/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— On recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance Memo No. 221/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV),II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV),II-2-2/2007,I-8-6/2001(Pt.IV),II-2- 101/2001(Pt.II)Confdl./2025, Bilaspur Dated 19-03-2025, the State Government hereby, withdrawing the service of Shri Amit Pratap Chandra, I Additional Judge to the Court of I Civil Judge Senior Division, Korba at Pali, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and appoints him as Under Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur on deputation from the date he assumes charge of his office.
