ORDER
No. 1310/972/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— On recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide its Memo No. 221/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV),II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV),II-2-2/2007,I-8-6/2001(Pt.IV),II-2- 101/2001(Pt.II)Confdl./2025, Bilaspur Dated 19-03-2025, the State Government hereby, withdrawing the service of Shri Leeladharsai Yadaw, Special Judge of Special Court for Trial of C.B.I. Cases, Raipur, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh and appoints him as Member Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur, on deputation from the date he assumes charge of his office.
