No. 1328/973/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In compliance of Memo No. 221/Confdl./2025/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV), II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV),II-2-2/2007, I-8-6/2001(Pt.IV), II-2-101/2001(Pt.II) Bilaspur, Dated the 19th March, 2025, of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Kamlesh Kumar Jurri, District & Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.S.C. (POCSO), Kondagaon from High Court, places him under Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes Development Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for his appointment on deputation as Presiding Officer, Wakf Tribunal, Raipur.
