क्रमांक एफ 21-06/2007/55-1.— औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का सं.23) की धारा 33 छ की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा पूर्व की अधिसूचना क्रं. एफ 21-06/2007/नौ/55, दिनांक 14 जनवरी, 2008 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, समस्त जिले में कार्यरत आयुष अधिकारियों (आयुर्वेद/यूनानी उपाधिधारी)/वरिष्ठ आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा अधिकारी/यूनानी चिकित्सा अधिकारी (संचालक द्वारा अधिकृत) को उनकी संबंधित अधिकारिता में तथा संचालनालय में कार्यरत, आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा अधिकारी/यूनानी चिकित्सा अधिकारी (संचालक द्वारा अधिकृत) को सम्पूर्ण छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य हेतु अधिनियम के अध्याय 4 क के प्रयोजनार्थ निरीक्षक नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
No.F 21-06/2007/55-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 33-G of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (No. 23 of 1940) and in supersession of previous Notification No. F 21-06/2007/IX/55, dated 14th January, 2008, the State Government, hereby, appoints AYUSH Officer (Holding Ayurved/Unani Degree)/Senior Ayurved Medical Officer/Unani Medical Officer (Authorized by Director) working in District, for their respective jurisdiction and Ayurved Medical Officer/Unani Medical Officer (Authorized by Director) working in the Directorate as Inspector for the whole State of Chhattisgarh for the purpose of Chapter IV-A of the said Act.
