No.5586/S&A Cell/2025.⸺ In exercise of powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 (as amended time to time) and in view of the directions of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in its order dated 04/01/2017 passed in C.A.1867 /2006 (Malik Mazhar Sultan and Another V/s U.P. Public Service Commission & Ors.) the High Court of Chhattisgarh notifies the vacancies in respect of District Judge (Entry Level) in the year 2025 as under:-
| a) | By Promotionin accordance with Rule 5(1)(a). | 19 |
| b) | By promotion through limited competitive examination in accordance with Rule 5(1)(b). | 03 |
