ORDER

F. No. 1348/973/XXI-B/C.G./25.— In compliance of Memo No. 221/Confdl./2025/II-15- 2/2005(Pt.IV)II-2-17/2001(Pt IV) II-2-2/2007/I-8-6/2001 (Pt IV) II-2-101/2001 (Pt II), Bilaspur, dated 19th March, 2025, of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of shri Jagmohan Shankar Patel, District & Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.S.C. (POCSO), Jagdalpur, from High Court, places him under Law and Legislative Affairs Department on deputation and appoints him as Registrar, Chhattisgarh Arbitration Tribunal, Raipur.
