क्रमांक 1063A/423/2021/19/स्था.-3.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद् द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ लोक निर्माण विभाग (अराजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2016 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
अनुसूची-एक के शीर्षक "तृतीय श्रेणी (लिपिक वर्गीय)" के अंतर्गत, सरल क्रमांक 4, के कॉलम (6) में, अंक "4200" के स्थान पर, अंक "4300" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

No. 1063A/423/2021/19/Estt.-3 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Public Works Department (Non-Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rule -
Under the Heading "Class-III (Ministerial)" of Schedule-I, in column (6) of serial number 4, for the figure "4200" the figure "4300", shall be substituted.
