ESTB/1266/2025-HOME SECTION.— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन् 2023) की धारा 497 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, विहित करती है कि न्यायालय या मजिस्ट्रेट, संपत्ति को प्रस्तुत करने की तिथि से 14 दिन की अवधि के भीतर, उक्त संहिता की धारा 497 की उप-धारा (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए अनुसार संपत्ति का विवरण तैयार करेगा, अर्थात् :-

ESTB/1266/2025-HOME SECTION .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 497 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), the State Government, hereby, prescribes that the Court or the Magistrate shall prepare a statement of property, as specified in sub-section (1) of Section 497 of the said Sanhita within a period of 14 days from the date of production of the property, nanely:-
