आदेश
क्रमांक एफ 2-11/दो-गृह/रापुसे/2025 - भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन् 2023) की धारा 48 की उप-धारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग में लाते हुये राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, विहित करती है, कि प्रत्येक पुलिस थाने में एक रजिस्टर रखा जायेगा, जिसमें गिरफ्तार किये गये व्यक्ति के संबंध में सूचना दी जायेगी और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियॉँ उक्त संहिता की धारा 48 की उप-धारा (1) के उपबंधों के अधीन उल्लिखित की गई है, अर्थात् :-

ORDER
No. f 2-11/Two-Home/SPS/2025 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 48 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), the State Government, hereby, prescribes that every Police Station shall keep the register in which information regarding arrested person and entries relating thereto shall be mentioned under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 48 of the said Sanhita, namely:-
