ESTB/1257/2025-HOME SECTION.— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र 46 सन् 2023) की धारा 329 की उप-धारा (4) के खण्ड(छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतदद्वारा, यह निर्दिष्ट करती है कि इस संहिता के अधीन किसी कार्यवाही के दौरान जांच या विश्लेषण और रिपोर्ट के लिए सम्यक् रूप से शासकीय वैज्ञानिक विशेषज्ञ को प्रस्तुत किया गया कोई मामला या बात किसी जांच, विचारण या अन्य कार्यवाही में साक्ष्य के रूप में उपयोग की जा सकेगी।
इस प्रयोजन हेतु, इस संहिता की धारा 329 की उप- धारा (4) में वर्णित विशेषज्ञों के अतिरिक्त, राज्य सरकार पुलिस अधीक्षक, क्यू.डी./राजकीय विवाद ग्रस्त अभिलेख परीक्षक, को शासकीय वैज्ञानिक विशेषज्ञ के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB/1257/2025-HOME SECTION.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of sub-section (4) of 329 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), the State Government, hereby, specifies any matter or thing duly submitted to Government Scientific Expert to whom this section applies for examination or analysis and report in the course of any proceeding under this Sanhita, may be used as evidence in any inquiry, trial, or other proceeding.
For this purpose, in addition to the Experts mentioned in the sub-section (4) of Section 329 of this Sanhita, the State Government notifies the Superintendent of Police, Q.D./ State Examiner of Questioned Documents as Government Scientific Expert.
