आदेश
क्रमांक RULE-503/14/2025-O/O SECTION JAIL.— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का 46) की धारा 19 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, उक्त धारा की उप-धारा (1) (2) में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना, राज्य सरकार, एतदद्वारा जिलों के न्यायालयों में अभियोजन का संचालन करने के लिए, जहॉं कोई सहायक लोक अभियोजक किसी विशिष्ट मामले के प्रयोजनों के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है, वहां जिला मजिस्ट्रेट राज्य सरकार को 14 दिन की सूचना देने के पश्चात्, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को उस मामले का भारसाधक सहायक लोक अभियोजक नियुक्त करने हेतु अधिकृत करता है।

ORDER
No. RULE-503/14/2025-O/O SECTION JAIL.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 19 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), without prejudice to the provisions contained in sub-section (1) and (2) of the said Section, the State Government, hereby, authorises the District Magistrate, after giving a notice of fourteen days to the State Government, to appoint any other person as Assistant Public Prosecutor in-charge of such, where no Assistant Public Prosecutor is available for the purposes of any particular case, to conduct prosecution in the Court of the Districts.
