RULE-8/5/2025-REVENUE/सात-1. - छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, खरीद तथा बिक्री से प्राप्त भूमि अंतरण के सरलीकरण हेतु किसी भूमि स्वामी के द्वारा धारित भूमि या भूमि का भाग (खसरा/भू-खण्ड), जिनका पंजीकृत विक्रय के आधार पर अंतरण किया जाता है, ऐसे भूमि के नामांतरण हेतु प्राप्त प्रकरणों पर, उक्त संहिता की धारा 110 के अधीन तहसीलदार को प्राप्त नामांतरण की शक्तियां, जिले में पदस्थ रजिस्ट्रार/सब रजिस्ट्रार जो अपने क्षेत्राधिकार में पंजीकृत विक्रय पत्र के निष्पादन हेतु अधिकृत है, को प्रदान करती है।

NOTIFICATION
F-RULE-8/5/2025-REVENUE/Seven-1. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), for simplification of transfer of land obtained from purchase and sale, land held by any land owner or any part of land (Khasra/Bhu-Khand), which is transferred on the basis of registered sale, the powers of transfer received by the Tehsildar under Section 110 of the said Code, on the cases received for the transfer of such land, the State Government hereby, transfers to the Registrar/Sub Registrar posted in the district who is authorized to execute the registered sale deed in his jurisdiction.
