क्रमांक एफ 5-2/2024/आठ-परि. -छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 23 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग में लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि, उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जायेगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से, विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, परिवहन विभाग, मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, के कार्यालय में, कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हों, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।
संशोधन प्रारूप
उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में,-
अनुसूची तीन के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित अनुसूची प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-

NOTICE
No. F 5-2 /2024/VIII-Trans. – The following draft of amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), which the State Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), porposes to make, is hereby, published as required by sub-section (1) of section 23 of the said Adhiniyam, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period, in office hours in office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Transport, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nager, District Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

In Schedule of the said Adhiniyam,-
For Schedule-III, the following shalll be substituted, namely:-
