अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-6/2013/1-7.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ एन्टी करप्शन ब्यूरो, सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में :-
1. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 3, 6, 7, 11, 16, 18, 19, 20 तथा 24 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''08'', ''18'', ''08'', ''20'', ''03'', ''05'', ''10'' तथा ''07'' के स्थान पर, क्रमशः अंक ''10'', ''21'', ''9'', ''25'', ''4'', ''4'', ''6'', ''12'', तथा ''9'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।
2. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 25 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों जोड़ी जाए, अर्थात :-

3. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 25 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखिति प्रविष्टियों जोड़ी जाए, अर्थात् :-

4. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 5 के कॉलम (2) में, शब्द ''भृत्य'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''चतुर्थ श्रेणी'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए। नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, दिनांक 2 मई 2025 क्रमांक एफ 5-6/2013/1-7.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 02 मई, 2025 का अंगे्रजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-6/2013/1-7.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Anti-Corruption Bureau Services Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules :-
1- In column (3) of serial number 03,06,07,11, 16, 18,19,20 and 24 of Schedule-I, for the figure "08", "18", "08", "20", "03", "03", "05", "10" and "07", the figure "10", "21", "9", "25", "4", "4", "6", "12" and "9" shall be substituted, respectively.
2- After serial number 25 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-I, the following entries shall be added, namely:-
