अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 01-14/2009/36.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मत्स्योंद्योग अराजपत्रित तृतीय श्रेणी (कार्यपालिक) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2009 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. अनुसूची - तीन के सरल क्रमांक 1 के तत्स्थानी कॉलम (2) के कॉलम (5) से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''सीधी भर्ती- किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से एम.एफ.एससी. की उपाधि होनी चाहिए।'' 2. अनुसूची - तीन के सरल क्रमांक 2 के तत्स्थानी कॉलम (2) के कॉलम (5) से संबंधित प्रविष्ठियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्ठियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायें, अर्थात्ः-
''किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बी.एफ.एससी. की उपाधि होनी चाहिए, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 28th April 2025
NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-14/2009/36.— In Exercise of the Powers Conferred by the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh fisheries Non-Gazetted Class-III (Executive) service Recruitment Rules, 2009 Namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. for the entries relating to Column (5) of corresponding column (2) of serial number 1 of Schedule-III, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Direct recruitment - Should have M.F.Sc. degree from any recognized university." 2. For the entries relating to Column (5) of corresponding column (2) of serial number 2 of Schedule-III, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Should have B.F.Sc. degree from any recognized university,
