NOTIFICATION
F. No./2031/904/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1), (I-A), (2) and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 4554/Checker/III-4-1/2016 Bilaspur, Dated 06-03-2025, The State Government, hereby, amends this Department's Notification No. 143/91/3830/XXI-B/C.G./2023 dated 20-12-2023, and designate the following court of District Judge Level as Commercial Court, :-

In the SCHEDULE-II,
In column (4) of serial no. 8 after the word and punctuation "Surajpur", the words and symbols "Koria (Baikunthpur)" shall be added.
