ORDER
F. No. 2029/1549/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 395/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV), II-2- 17/2001 (Pt. IV)/Confdl./2025 Bilaspur, dated 07th May, 2025, hereby, appoints the following member of Higher Judicial Service as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date she assumes charge of her office, namely:-
