ORDER
F. No. 2027/1549/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Memo No. 395/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV), II-2-17/2001 (Pt. IV)/Confdl./2025 Bilaspur, dated 07th May, 2025, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Sanjay Agarwal, XIV District & Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, handovers his services to the General Administrative Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur for his appointment on deputation as Joint Secretary, Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission, Raipur from the date he assumes charge of his office.
