क्रमांक एफ 3-9/2012/38-2.— छत्तीसगढ़ निजी विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना एवं संचालन) अधिनियम, 2005 (क्र. 13 सन् 2005) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ निजी विश्वविद्यालय विनियामक आयोग के पत्र क्र. 10659/श्री रा.स.यू. /संकाय/171/2024/21044, दिनांक 08-11-2024, की अनुशंसा अनुसार, श्री रावतपुरा सरकार यूनिवर्सिटी, ग्राम-धनेली, पोस्ट-माना, न्यू धमतरी रोड, रायपुर (छत्तीसगढ़) को, नीचे दी गई शर्तों के अनुसार, निम्नांकित नवीन शिक्षण कार्यक्रम पुरःस्थापित करने का अनुमोदन प्रदान करता हैः-
1. फार्मेसी
शर्तें :-
(क) पूर्वोक्त संकायों/पाठ्यक्रमों का संचालन एवं प्रवेश, छत्तीसगढ़ निजी विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना एवं संचालन) अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (4) के खण्ड (ड) एवं धारा 35 में अन्तर्विष्ट प्रावधानों के अनुसार, पूर्वोक्त संकायों/पाठ्यक्रमों के लिये सुसंगत अध्यादेश जारी करने के पश्चात् ही, प्रारंभ किया जायेगा।
(ख) पूर्वोक्त संकायों/पाठ्यक्रमों को प्रारंभ करने के पूर्व, आवश्यकतानुसार, यूजीसी (विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग), नई दिल्ली तथा अन्य केन्द्रीय विनियामक निकायों से पूर्वानुमति लिया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-9/2012/38-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by provision of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No.13 of 2005), the State Government, hereby approval to introduce the following new teaching programme as per the recommendation of Chhattisgarh Private University Regulatory Commission vide its letter No. 10659/श्री रा.स.यू. /संकाय/171/2024/21044, dated 08-11-2024, grants permission to Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University, Village-Dhaneli, Post-Mana, New Dhamtari Road, Raipur (Chhattisgarh), as per the conditions given here in below:-
1. Pharmacy
Conditions:-
(A) Operations of and admission to the aforesaid faculties/courses shall commence only after relevant Ordinances for the aforesaid faculties/courses are issued in accordance with the provisions contained in clause (m) of sub-section (4) of Section 7 and Section 35 of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005.
(B) It shall be mandatory to seek prior permission from UGC, New Delhi and other Central Regulatory Bodies, as per the requirement, before the commencement of the aforesaid faculties/courses.
