अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 03-06/तीन-जेल/2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ जेल अराजपत्रित (तृतीय श्रेणी लिपिक वर्गीय तथा अलिपिक वर्गीय) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
1. अनुसूची-एक के भाग-क के सरल क्रमांक 1 एवं 2 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

क्रमांक एफ 03-06/तीन-जेल/2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड(3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 03-06/तीन-जेल/2024, दिनांक 16-05-2025 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 03-06/Three-Jail/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Jail Non-Gazetted (Class-III Ministerial and Non-Ministerial) Services Recruitment Rules, 2022, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For serial number 1 and 2 and entries relating thereto of Part-A of Schedule-I, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

2. For serial number 1 and 2 and entries relating thereto of Part-A of Schedule-II, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

3. For serial number 1 and 2 and entries relating thereto of Part-A of Schedule-III, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-
