ORDER
F. No. 2270/1399/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— The State Government, consequent to the enhancement of rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government officers/employees vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. No. 1/1(1)/2025-E.II (B) dated 02-04-2025, hereby, enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State, whose pay scale have been revised on the basis of 2nd National Judicial Pay Commission recommendation [The Chhattisgarh Lower & Higher Judicial Service (Pay Revision, Pension and other Retirement Benefits) Rules, 2023] from the existing rate of 53% to 55% with effect from 01-01-2025.
