NOTIFICATION
No. 9267/Rules/2025.⸺ The High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur hereby makes the following amendments in the Chhattisgarh Inspection of Subordinate Courts (by the Portfolio Judge) Rules, 2015, which shall come into force with immediate effect :-
AMENDMENTS
1. The Word 'Subordinate' wherever the occur, the word "District" shall be substituted.
2. In Rule 5 (a) after the word 'carried out at any time', the word "after the approval of Hon'ble the Chief Justice" shall be inserted.
