अधिसूचना
क्रमांक/1908/एफ-11/10/2021/14-2.— छत्तीसगढ़ कृषि उपज मंडी अधिनियम 1972 (क्र. 24 सन् 1973) की धारा 79 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ कृषि उपज मंडी (मंडी समिति वर्गीकरण) नियम 1981 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 79 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार पूर्व में ही प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 2 के खण्ड (घ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(घ) ''वर्ष'' से अभिप्रेत है 1 अप्रैल से प्रारंभ होकर तथा आगामी 31 मार्च को समाप्त होने वाला वर्ष;'' 2. नियम 3 के खण्ड (क), (ख), (ग) एवं (घ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(क) प्रथम वर्ग मंडी समिति- जिसकी वार्षिक आय ''दस करोड़ रूपये'' से अधिक हो;
(ख) द्वितीय वर्ग मंडी समिति- जिसकी वार्षिक आय ''छः करोड़ रूपये'' से अधिक हो किंतु ''दस करोड़ रूपये'' से अनधिक हो;
नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, दिनांक 27 मई 2025क्रमांक/1908/एफ-11/10/2021/14-2.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक/1908/एफ-11/10/2021/14-2 दिनांक 27-05-2025 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No./ 1908/F-11/10/2021/14-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 24 of 1973), the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Vargikaran) Niyam, 1981, the same having been previously published as required under sub-section (1) of section 79 of the said Adhiniyam, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For clause (d) of rule 2, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(d) "Year" means a year commencing from 1st April and ending on 31st March;"
2. For clause (a), (b), (c) and (d) of rule 3, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(a) First class market committee - whose annual income is more than "ten crore rupees;"
(b) Second class market committee - whose annual income is more than "six crore rupees" but does not exceed "ten crore rupees;"
