NOTIFICATION
No. GEN-2101/1319/2025/COMM.&INDUS.— Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary to remove the error in the provision of formation of Ministerial Sub-committee mentioned in clause (12.29) of the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30;
therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (2) of the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30, the State Government , hereby, makes the following amendments in the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30, namely-
AMENDMENTS
In place of the table shown in clause (12.29) of the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30, the following shall be substituted, namely-
"(1) Hon. Chief Minister, Chhattisgarh-Chairman
(2) Hon. Minister, Finance Department, Govt of Chhattisgarh -Member
(3) Hon. Minister, Law Department, Govt of Chhattisgarh - Member
(4) Hon. Minister, Department of Commerce and Industries, Govt of Chhattisgarh- Member (5) Hon. Minister, Other Department as required, Govt of Chhattisgarh-Member (Special Invitee).
The Secretary-in-charge of the Department of Commerce and Industries shall be the convener of this sub-committee."
