क्रमांक/239/एफ-2(1)/48/सं.का./2025.— छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा सदस्य (वेतन, भत्ता तथा पेंशन) अधिनियम, 1972 (क्र 7 सन्‌ 1973) की धारा 6-ख, सहपठित धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) तथा उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (ककक) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ विधान सभा सदस्य कुटुम्ब पेंशन नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों में, -

नियम 1 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द तथा अंक ''15 फरवरी, 2005'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''राज्य गठन के दिनाँक'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

NOTIFICATION

No/239/F-2(1)/48/P.A./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (aaa) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 read with Section 6-B of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya (Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension) Adhiniyam,1972 (No.7 of 1973), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Members Family Pension Rules, 2006, namely:-

In the said rules,-

In sub-rule (2) of rule 1, for the word and figure "15th Feb. 2005",the words "the date of formation of the State" shall be substituted.
