अधिसूचना
क्रमांक 55782 VIGI-29021/16/2024-GAD-1.— छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा विभिन्न श्रेणी के सेवाओं/पदों पर भर्ती के लिए राज्य सेवा परीक्षा नामक एक संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा आयोजित करने हेतु ''राज्य सेवा परीक्षा नियम 2008'' की परीक्षा योजना एवं पाठ्यक्रम से संबंधित अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 6-3/2008/1/एक, दिनांक 27 अगस्त 2008 एवं यथा संशोधित दिनांक 23-12-2011, दिनांक 24-12-2012 एवं 13 फरवरी, 2019 को जारी किया गया है। राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा, राज्य सेवा परीक्षा नियम के पाठ्यक्रम में निम्नानुसार और संशोधन करता हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियम में, -
उक्त नियम के ''परिशिष्ट-तीन, पाठ्यक्रम राज्य सेवा मुख्य परीक्षा'' के ''प्रश्न पत्र 07, सामान्य अध्ययन-V" के भाग-1 ''कल्याणकारी, विकासात्मक कार्यक्रम एवं कानून'' के सरल क्र्रमांक 1. ''सामाजिक एवं महत्वपूर्ण विधान'' में शब्द एवं कोष्ठक ''भारतीय संविधान एवं आपराधिक विधि (दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता) के अंतर्गत महिलाओं को प्राप्त सुरक्षा (सीआरपीसी)'' के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात् :-
'' भारतीय संविधान एवं आपराधिक विधि ( भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 एवं भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023) के अंतर्गत महिलाओं को प्राप्त सुरक्षा ''

NOTIFICATION
No. 55782 VIGI-29021/16/2024-GAD-1.— Combined competitive examination called "State Service Examination Rule 2008" for recruitment of the different services/posts to be held by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has been issued by Notification No-F 6-3/2008/1/One on 27th August, 2008 and as corrected date 23-12-2011, 24-12-2012 and 13 February, 2019 for the State Service Examination. The State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the "State Service Examination Rule" in Syllabus, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Said rules,-
For Sub Rule "ANNEXURE- III", "Syllabus State Service Main Examination" in "QUESTION PAPER-07, General Studies-V", the serial number 1. "Social and Important Legislation" of PART-01 "Welfare, Development Programme & Laws" in place of the words and parenthesis " Protection granted to Females (CRPC) under Indian Constitution & Criminal Law (Penal Code)" the following words and parenthesis shall be substituted, namely :-
"Protection granted to Females (The Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and The Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023) under Indian Constitution & Criminal Law".
