ORDER
F. No. 2482/1596/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— The State Government, consequent to the enhancement of rate of Dearness Relief on pension/family pension to the employee of Central Government and Central Autonomous bodies vide Government of India, Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare's O.M. No. 42/02/2024- P&PW(D) Dated 11-04-2025 hereby, enhances the Dearness Relief to pensioner Judicial Officers and to Family Pensioners of late Judicial Officers of the State, whose pay scale have been revised on the basis of 2nd National Judicial Pay Commission recommendation [The Chhattisgarh Lower & Higher Judicial Service (Pay Revision, Pension and other Retirement Benefits) Rules, 2023] from the existing rate of 53% to 55% with effect from 01- 01-2025.
