अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-2/2024/आठ-परि.— छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991(क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 23 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) के परन्तुक द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार, पूर्व में प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में,-
अनुसूची तीन के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित अनुसूची प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थातः-

क्रमांक एफ 5-2/2024/आठ-परि.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 20 जून, 2025 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No F 5-2 /2024/VIII-Trans.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the State Government, hereby, make the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1991, the same having been previously published as required by proviso of sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the said Act namely:-

In Schedule of the said Act,-
For Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
THIRD SCHEDULE

This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette.
