क्रमांक/LAW/762/2025 COMM. COOP. & RCS/76627. - छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसाइटी अधिनियम, 1960 (क्र. 17 सन् 1961) की धारा 95 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसाइटी नियम, 1962 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 49-ञ के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (दो) में, शब्द ''प्रमुख सचिव'' जहाँ कही भी आया हो, के स्थान पर, शब्द ''सचिव'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

COOP. & RCS/76627. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 95 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (No.17 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In clause (ii) of sub-rule (1) of rule 49-J, for the words "Principal Secretary", wherever they occur the words "Secretary" shall be substituted.
