अधिसूचना
क्रमांक ESTB-103/18/2025-GAD-8. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सचिवालय सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
(1) अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रं. 34 के कॉलम (8) से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायें, अर्थात् :-
''कनिष्ठ सचिवालय सहायक के कुल स्वीकृत पद में से, 25% पदों को उन चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों की पदोन्नति द्वारा भरा जाएगा, जो किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षा मण्डल से (102) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण एवं मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छ.ग. शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की(key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाण पत्र धारित करते हो''
(2) अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 4 के कॉलम (6) से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायें, अर्थात् :-
''किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से प्रथम श्रेणी में एम.एस.सी.(कम्प्यूटर साईंस/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी)/एम.सी.ए. या समकक्ष उपाधि।
अथवा
किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से कम्प्यूटर साईंस/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में बी.ई./बी.टेक या समकक्ष उपाधि।''(3) अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 14 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक तथा प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएं, अर्थात्ः-

क्रमांक ESTB-103/18/2025-GAD-8. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 20 जून, 2025 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB-103/18/2025-GAD-8. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Secretariat Service Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Said rules,-
(1) For the entries relating to column (8) of serial number 34 of Schedule-II, the following entries shall be substituted, namely-
"Out of the total sanctioned posts of Junior Secretariat Assistant, 25% posts shall be filled by promotion of those Class IV employees who have passed (10+2) examination from a recognized education board and hold a certificate of speed of 5000 (key) depressions per hour in Hindi or English typing (through computer and software) from a recognized Board/institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council."
(2) For the entries relating to column (6) of serial number 4 of Schedule-III, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
''M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology)/M.C.A. or equivalent degree in 1st Division from a recognized University.
OR
B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University."
(3) After serial number 14 and entries relating to Schedule-IV, the following serial number and entries relating shall be added, namely:-
