ORDER
No. 41(App.)/II-14-1/2025 (Pt.-III).⸺ In compliance of order passed by Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur in WPS 2173/2022 (Saifan Khan Vs High Court of Chhattisgarh) vide order dated 18.11.2024 and after dismissal of WA 109/2025 (High Court of Chhattisgarh Vs Saifan Khan) vide order dated 14.02.2025, the probation period of 03 years of Shri Saifan Khan to the post of Stenographer, made vide Registry order no. 93 dated 20.12.2021 is treated as "02 years " accordingly the concept of stipend of 70%, 80% & 90% in 1st , 2nd & 3rd year mentioned in point no. 1. of said appointment order is not applied and it is treated as deleted.
Shri Saifan Khan, Stenographer had joined his duties on 24.12.2021, therefore, he is confirmed to the post of Stenographer w.e.f. 24.12.2023.
Shri Saifan Khan, Stenographer of this Registry is promoted to the post of Private Secretary in Level- 11 of Pay Matrix (49100-155800), on the establishment of this High Court, on officiating capacity for a period of two years, with effect from 20.01.2024 when junior to him were promoted to the post of Private Secretary.
After promotion, his seniority in the cadre of Private Secretary is fixed below Shri Vasant Kumar, P.S. and above Shri Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, P.S. in view of point no. 13 of appointment order no. 93 (App.) dated 20.12.2021.
